CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to own planning and execution for embedded controls software, collaborating with multiple engineering teams delivering parallel releases. You will drive capacity planning, risk management, and progress reporting in an agile environment, and oversee hardware logistics and test bench maintenance to keep the team productive.

Qualifications

The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Software or related Engineering field.
Seven or more years of experience in program management or engineering leadership for embedded software.
Strong engagement with hardware, software, and controls teams and credible communication with leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple parallel releases and budgets.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve SAFe or Agile framework across the team.
Develop and maintain integrated software release plans across parallel releases.
Lead gate reviews and milestone sign-offs with executive visibility.
Coordinate capacity forecasting and staff rebalancing with engineering leadership.
Maintain Jira dashboards for quality metrics and KPIs.
