Job summary

Eaton is seeking an IT Program Manager – Cyber Compliance to lead a multi-framework cybersecurity compliance program. The role spans CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CE+ and TISAX, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and outcomes across multiple sites.

The position requires 10+ years of program management in security/compliance, strong leadership, and the ability to work with global stakeholders. Location options include Moon Township, PA and other Eaton sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in cybersecurity/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CE+, TISAX).
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream programs end to end.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• U.S. person for export-controlled information; resides within 50 miles of specified sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Eaton’s Cyber Compliance Transformation Program across in-scope frameworks, controls and sites.
• Translate the compliance strategy into an integrated program plan, roadmap, and governance artifacts.
• Operate a single program intake to prioritize and sequence framework demands.
