Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT risk, cybersecurity, audit, or compliance.
• Experience within financial services or regulated env preferred.
• Experience with incident management, playbooks, tabletop exercises.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and security event analysis.
• Hands-on log analysis and monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of data privacy and protection frameworks.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISO, COBIT, ISACA).
• Exposure to regulatory environments (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA or global equivalents).
• Knowledge of attack frameworks and kill chain methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Design and execute testing programs for cyber, information security, and privacy controls.
• Partner with security engineering and cyber defense to align compliance.
• Assist incident response including documentation and analysis.
• Enhance internal controls and identify compliance gaps.
• Draft business requirements to improve surveillance and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate responses to U.S. and international regulatory inquiries.
• Develop and maintain policies and supervisory frameworks.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in compliance strategy and governance.
