Job summary

New York Life seeks a Senior Associate, Cybersecurity Regulatory Compliance in a hybrid role (3 days/quarter on-site). You will manage annual cybersecurity certifications, maintain evidence trackers, and coordinate with diverse teams to ensure timely responses and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in information security, technology, or risk management.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity risk, technology risk, IT audit, regulatory compliance, or related GRC roles.
• Experience supporting IT/cybersecurity audits, regulatory examinations, or MAR/SOX activities.
• Ability to assess evidence for compliance and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tracker of state cybersecurity requirements with evidence, due dates, and decisions.
• Review tracker daily and report status weekly to CRC team.
• Coordinate with internal teams, evidence providers, reviewers, and approvers.
• Ensure responses and evidence align with state requirements and provide guidance on evidence.
• Organize responses and evidence in CRC SharePoint for review and approval.
• Manage DocuSign sign-off processes, create templates, track responses, and send reminders.
• Collaborate with CRC Lead to analyze completion and drive improvements to procedures.
