Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager in its Cybersecurity Practice to lead cybercompliance engagements for financial services clients. You will oversee delivery, develop team members, and expand advisory services in line with regulatory expectations such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, GLBA Safeguards, NYDFS Part 500, and FFIEC guidance.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, communicating risk to executives, and growing the Cyber Agenda across our FS industry clients.

Qualifications

• Certifications in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance preferred (CISSP, CISA, CISM, QSA).
• Experience with regulatory monitoring, risk management, third party vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in cyber compliance or consulting within financial services.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of financial services cybercompliance engagements and connect to broader advisory opportunities.
• Train, coach, and oversee managers, seniors, and staff during delivery to ensure high-quality work.
• Identify pull-through advisory opportunities by linking cybercompliance needs to broader cybersecurity priorities.
• Develop financial services cybersecurity integrated solutions with CyberCompliance as foundation.
• Communicate complex risks to clients, including data protection and regulatory compliance.
