Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in cyber compliance in financial services, relevant certifications, willingness to travel up to 30% including international trips, and proven leadership in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Certifications in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance preferred, e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, QSA.
• Experience with cybersecurity program components and workflows (regulatory monitoring, risk management, third party management).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in cyber compliance or consulting within financial services; leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of financial services cybercompliance engagements and tie work to broader advisory opportunities.
• Train and coach managers, seniors, and staff to ensure high-quality work.
• Identify pull-through advisory opportunities by linking cybercompliance to broader cybersecurity goals.
• Support development of integrated solutions with CyberCompliance as the foundation.
• Communicate complex risks to clients and contribute to governance and reporting.
• Support account growth by delivering client service aligned with evolving financial services risks.
