The Director, Cyber Defense at DePuy Synthes, a part of Johnson & Johnson, is a senior cybersecurity leader responsible for the global incident response and threat management program protecting digital environments, products, and operations. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Business Administration (preferred).
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT risk management, with leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale incident response and threat management programs.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences, MedTech) is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global incident response, forensics, threat intelligence, and defense engineering.
• Build an automation- and AI-first Security Operations Center model with MSSP and internal teams.
• Direct complex investigations with rapid containment and post‑incident reporting.
• Develop incident response playbooks, escalation paths, and crisis management procedures.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Privacy and Business leaders on incidents and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee threat intelligence and translate into prioritized defensive actions and executive briefings.
• Lead tabletop exercises and readiness assessments to improve response maturity.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on cyber risk, trends, and remediation progress.
• Mentor a high‑performing incident response and threat management team.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and security operations.
