Job summary

TSMC Phoenix is hiring a Customs Compliance Specialist to support timely clearance, FTZ operations, and accurate documentation for imports/exports. You will verify data, track duties, and assist with CBP audits in a fast-paced, 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, up to 1 year customs experience, knowledge of HTS/19 CFR, and strong MS Office skills. The role requires flexibility to work compressed shifts and weekend on‑call rotations at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 year customs entry/broker experience preferred.
• Familiar with HTS and 19 CFR;FTZ knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance and verify data.
• Support FTZ operations by maintaining records and filing documentation per FTZ regulations.
• Prepare/import/export documents and track duty/tax payments; assist in CBP audits.
• Review trade documents for accuracy and compliance; report discrepancies.
