Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or a related logistics field.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export processes, and compliance requirements.
• 2+ years of Proven Leadership Experience
• Experience with customs software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Oversee timely and compliant clearance of goods.
• Liaise with customs authorities and clients to minimize delays.
• Manage workflow and client communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Train and advise team in areas of Customs Brokerage Regulations.
• Monitor team performance against standards and department goals.
• Issue work instructions to ensure timely file flow including release, billing, and auditing.
• Escalate unresolved issues or risks before they impact operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and branches to deliver high-level service.
