Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation is seeking a Global Customs Operations Specialist to oversee daily customs activities, documentation validation, broker coordination, and financial reconciliation. You will ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade rules while partnering with internal teams across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in customs operations, CBP regulations, and ERP systems. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customs operations, international trade, import/export, logistics, supply chain, or customs compliance.
• Experience with CBP regulations, brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers.
• Experience auditing customs documentation, reconciling duty payments, and managing processes.
• ERP systems (Epicor) and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of global customs operations and documentation validation.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure complete, accurate entry packets.
• Monitor broker performance and supplier interaction; improve processes and controls.
• Own reporting of duties, tariffs, and import expenses; develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Standardize systems and data management for compliance and efficiency.
