• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Cognos, SAP).
• Thorough analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with all necessary data and documents.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate entry issues.
• Review client requirements including billing, audits, and instructions.
• Collaborate with CBP and other government agencies.
• Enter all billing charges into the system.
• Support ISO audits and documentation updates.
