Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A college degree is required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to work on a team is strongly desired.
  • Familiar with customs clearances procedure both in import and export.
  • Knowledge of import and export procedure
  • Knowledge of customs policy
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
  • Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers
  • Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports
  • Implement SOP perfectly to meets customer specific requirement
  • Working with Coordinator/Documentation in terms of System data entry and checking
  • Invoice preparing, cost checking and presenting, job checking and closing
  • Support manger to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing the misunderstanding, etc.
  • Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader
