Responsibilities

Prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
Meet/exceed KPIs daily.
Provide ideas to leadership to improve processes.
Open files as required.
Monitor timely entry release.
Monitor PGA files to ensure agency releases.
Scan and index documents into imaging system.
Ensure proper handling of required entry documents.
Accurate & timely billing including sending billing to clients.
Turnover to dispatch as required.
Provide clear and accurate communication with customers.
