Job summary

Expeditors International in the United States (IL - Bensenville) is seeking a detail-oriented logistics specialist to prepare timely entry declarations and to meet daily KPIs. You will open files, monitor releases, handle regulatory filings, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining clear communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
Meet/exceed best-in-class KPIs daily.
Be visionary and bring ideas to leadership to improve processes.
Open files as required.
Monitor timely entry release.
Monitor all PGA files and ensure agency release.
Scan and index documents into imaging system.
Handle Entry Documents Required Entries properly.
Accurate and timely billing, including sending billing to clients.
Turnover to dispatch as required, timely.
Customer service – timely, clear and accurate communication with customers internally and externally.
