Job summary

PUMA seeks a Customs Analyst to support the Head of Customs in implementing policies ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations for footwear and apparel imports.

You will classify products, audit entries, and coordinate with our US/Canada broker and internal teams. Responsibilities include tariff classification using the Harmonized Tariff Code, maintaining PID database, and guiding stakeholders on UFLPA and related trade policies.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with U.S. Customs and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff classifications.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Access skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Classify imported Puma products under US HTS codes.
  • Audit Customs entries and coordinate with the broker.
  • Maintain a global product classification database in PID.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs policies and other regulations.
  • Handle shipments for Puma Brand and Cobra Golf to USA/Canada.
  • Support international trade stakeholders with returns from trade shows.
  • Educate stakeholders on UFLPA and other trade policies.
  • Perform data analysis and select special projects as needed.
