Quantum Machines is seeking a highly experienced Support Engineer with hands-on lab experience. You will own end-to-end customer support, troubleshoot issues across quantum setups, and work with R&D to implement long-term solutions. Travel globally and install hardware as needed.

The role requires MSc in experimental physics, strong Python skills, and excellent English communication. Remote collaboration with global teams is essential to success in this expanding field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end support to global customers.
• Troubleshoot with customers and identify root cause across quantum setups.
• Collaborate with R&D to resolve issues and craft long-term solutions.
• Communicate workarounds to users.
• Investigate recurrent software/hardware issues and propose fixes.
• Maintain ongoing customer communication and satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of the quantum control system.
• Stay aware of known issues in the system.
• Assist with hardware installations.
• Travel to customer sites to resolve issues.
• Document knowledge and resolution procedures.
