Job summary

Derrick Corporation is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for both domestic and international customers. You will manage quotes, orders, and inquiries while coordinating with multiple teams to expedite orders and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication, and precise data entry. Knowledge of ERP systems like Syteline is a plus, as is oil and gas industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Plus: Syteline or other ERP experience
• Plus: Oil and Gas industry experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for domestic and international customers
• Process quotes and orders and send acknowledgements within one business day
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with urgency and follow through to completion
• Monitor open orders and flag potential delays before they affect the customer
• Prepare transaction documents for Customs, Accounting, Engineering, and other teams
• Provide weekly status reports that keep customers informed and confident
