Sensient Technologies Corporation in St. Louis is seeking an International Customer Service Representative to support our Colors Group.

You will work with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and smooth communication across functions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years of customer service or logistics experience, with strong written and verbal skills and proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in customer service or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with JD Edwards and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, and customer requests for multiple units.
• Process customer transactions (orders, quotes, debits, credits, returns) and coordinate with planners and shipping to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Review production and shipping schedules to inform customers of delays and impact on deliveries.
• Handle order entry, processing, follow-up, shipment consolidation, and applicable export paperwork.
• Collaborate with account managers, product managers, sales staff, shipping, production and lab to resolve discrepancies.
