• Experience in product, process, or tooling design, development, or failure analysis.
• Experience in designs that include Progressive Stamping, Injection Molding, solid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Work with departments to establish corrective actions on customer concerns.
• Educate groups about inspection and rework processes.
