Qualifications

• Experience in customer service administration or sales support
• Ability to interpret complex Purchase Orders
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Expedite customer Purchase Orders in line with policies.
• Liaise with customers for accurate, timely quotations.
• Support cross-functional monitoring of open orders and communications.
• Understand export controls and regulatory requirements.
• Handle general inquiries and provide customer communications.
• Coordinate with Sales Team for ongoing customer development.
• Support monthly forecasting activities and PO follow-up.
