Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, is hiring a Business Unit Manager to lead all business support operations for a major customer account from forecast to shipment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations and 5+ years leading customer-facing teams, with strong knowledge of order management and manufacturing operations. This role requires cross-functional influence across global regions and a high level of commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/engineering/supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, program management, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Experience with global OEM, hyperscale, enterprise storage, server, or electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner for the assigned customer relationship.
• Lead regular business reviews, operational meetings, and executive updates.
• Own end-to-end business support from customer demand through shipment.
• Oversee order management, forecasting, scheduling, backlog management and fulfillment.
• Monitor performance using key KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with global sales channel partners and cross-functional teams.
