Murray Resources - Best Staffing Agency is seeking an International Customer Experience Supervisor in Houston, TX. This role leads a team focused on accurate, timely international order processing, documentation, and customer support.

Responsibilities include overseeing the full order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HTS codes and EEI filings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined with education/experience in international logistics or customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years in international customer service, order management, or export operations, with leadership experience.
• Experience using ERP/CRM platforms (JDE, Salesforce); familiarity with Partner Insight/ACE Portal is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the International Customer Experience team to deliver accurate, timely service.
• Manage the full international order lifecycle from PO receipt to post-delivery support.
• Ensure orders and documentation comply with HTS codes, Incoterms, EEI filings, and US export regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to remove obstacles and expedite fulfillment.
• Monitor orders, backorders and RMAs, providing proactive status updates to customers and partners.
• Maintain standards, procedures, and training materials for international customer service.
