Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd is seeking an International Customer Specialist to support pre-sales, order processing and post-sales activities across Europe. You will prepare quotes, validate orders, and liaise with Buyers and service providers to ensure accurate international shipments while upholding our SLAs.

• Limited experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service roles.
• Experience of handling simple, straight forward customer orders.

• Reliability, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Some knowledge of the major IT manufacturers and their products.
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (SD Module), Order Engine / Salesforce, MS Office, E-Business Tools

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-sales with quotes and order validation in line with margins.
• Process international orders and ensure accurate entry and delivery configuration.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Purchasing Operations, and material master teams to manage supply.
• Handle post-sales tasks including returns, credits, and invoicing queries.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and account teams to drive satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of export controls and tax handling for international shipments.
