Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer support role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer order process from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate product returns and repairs, plus manage the demo program.
• Support sales with on-demand processing and marketing collateral delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure account standing and timely customer payments.
• Produce inventory reports to anticipate demand and resource needs.
