Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Assistance Coordinator) to ensure an excellent level of service for inbound and outbound communications, including benefit questions, policy updates, and claim status.

The role starts in-office during training in Indianapolis with a path to remote work after eligibility, offering shifts from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, base pay of $17.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role analyzing and solving issues.
• Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task navigating systems on dual monitors while on a call.
• Global geographical and cultural awareness.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong stress management in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound communication (phone, email, chat) professionally and courteously.
• Provide outbound communication as instructed.
• Document outcomes in the CRM tool.
• Be available to work some holidays and weekends; flexible scheduling.
• Mentor and assist new employees when asked.
• Support special projects or tasks as needed.
