Job summary

You will ensure timely, accurate responses and build expertise in client structures.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of custody or onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service orientation.
• Experience with emerging markets onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end foreign investor registration / market investment workflows.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and market-specific documentation with client servicing groups and sub-custodian providers.
• Provide timely and accurate resolution of inquiries to ensure client service is met.
• Develop expertise in assigned client structures and advise stakeholders on readiness and timelines.
• Contribute to onboarding and registration process improvements.
