Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Global Custody Registration Market Specialist to support the CAP Registration team within Service Delivery, handling market registration requests and assisting in documentation for account openings across markets with foreign investor requirements.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on client service as you prepare submissions, maintain kits, and coordinate with sub-custodians and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database reflecting changes in status for market registration approvals and/or account opening processes.
• Produce cover letters and shipping materials for sending documentation materials.
• Prepare documentation for submission to sub-custodians and local markets, including copying, faxing, and scanning.
• Maintain teams files and registration kits.
• Perform account reconciliations, projects, and related duties as requested.
• Develop expertise in client structures and market entry readiness, documentation expectations, and timeline drivers.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen onboarding and registration processes
