Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and client services teams to ensure accounts are fully funded and proper client authorization for asset transfers
• Investigate client inquiries and provide solutions to daily issues
• Coordinate cash settlement with Treasury Operations to minimize settlement delays
• Analyze and improve processes to reduce risk and repetitive effort
• Influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes
• Develop understanding of asset transfer mechanics across global markets
