• Maintain registration kits and team files; manage reconciliations and related duties.
• Develop expertise in client structures, market entry readiness, and documentation expectations.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen onboarding and registration processes.
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders and clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and market-specific documentation requirements.
• Escalate issues and risks early to protect client experience and outcomes.
• Support inquiries and ensure accurate tracking and transparency.
