Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Capital Partners Onboarding / Asset Transfer Specialist to support Multi-Family Office and Institutional Clients. The role focuses on new account onboarding and asset transfers, working closely with Front Office, AML, Risk and other partners to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support asset transfers for new and existing accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead onboarding for complex accounts and gather required documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison with Front Office, AML, Risk, and Service Delivery teams.
• Identify workflow improvements and participate in system/process enhancements.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external custodians to resolve issues.
