Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and service all incoming client calls via PCS/PBC 800 number.
• Monitor and service PCS/PBC e-mail boxes for clients and partners.
• Communicate with team members, partners and clients via letters, phone or e-mail.
• Assist the Trust Officer to administer multigenerational trusts and manage financial risk.
• Partner with officers to retain clients and coordinate with service providers for efficiency.
• Resolve client issues with Trust and Account Officers.
• Ensure smooth transitions as clients move between service models.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
