Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field as listed in the minimum qualifications.
• Experience in program management, project controls, scheduling, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, or capital projects.
• Experience with governance documentation, procedures, standards, and controlled documents.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and compliance of CTI scheduling standards and governance across sites.
• Lead governance processes for program alignment, decision-making, and execution readiness.
• Coordinate program workstreams, ensuring alignment of deliverables, stage gates, and schedule requirements.
• Develop and maintain CMPs, SOPs, playbooks, and governance documentation.
