Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting in Virginia seeks a senior scheduling analyst to lead enterprise schedule development for DoD programs. You will create, maintain, and operate automated schedules using MS Project/Project Server, coordinating with NGA/NSG stakeholders and program teams.

Responsibilities include critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and delivering visuals and reports. Experience with government schedules and integration across segments, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

Senior-level experience with IT project or program scheduling.
Proficiency operating Microsoft Project/Project Server.
Experience with segment integration and inter-segment dependencies.
DoD/IC program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, maintain and operate an automated enterprise schedule using government approved tools to support program schedules.
Identify external dependencies and communicate impacts to stakeholders and sites as needed.
Develop communications artifacts to support weekly/bi-weekly status briefings.
Provide integration scheduling support for network/infrastructure related agreements and change documents.
Coordinate with project teams on schedule impacts and guide issue resolution; capture lessons learned.
Lead engineering program meetings and schedule presentations with reports, Gantt charts, and visuals.
Ensure schedules align across program/segment/project plans and technical roadmaps.
