Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Project Support Manager to lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain. This on-site role supports both US-based and international customers, with a focus on program cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with a wide range of engineers and professionals, drive planning and reviews, and manage risks and opportunities within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with project cost, schedule and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and hardware/software integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program IPT including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Manage lifecycle activities from pursuit to production transition using IMS and reviews.
• Handle risks, mitigations and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with customer-facing stakeholders and business development.
