Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Program Manager in Arizona to drive CTI scheduling standards across sites, partnering with schedule managers, project controls, and construction teams to improve schedule quality and milestone predictability.

You will analyze schedule data, lead risk reviews, and develop mitigation strategies while building CMPs, SOPs, and governance documentation. Strong governance, communication, and cross-functional facilitation are required to align priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 1+ years in program management, project controls, scheduling, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with large-scale construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or capital projects.
  • Experience developing governance documentation and procedures.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.

  • Analyze schedule data, trends, float consumption, milestone adherence, and forecasting metrics.
  • Facilitate schedule risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead governance processes supporting program alignment, decision-making, change management, and execution readiness.
  • Provide schedule insights, risk assessments, performance metrics, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Lead development and governance of CMPs, SOPs, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Establish document control practices for accessibility and compliance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Job description

  • Drive adoption and compliance of CTI scheduling standards, governance requirements, and best practices across all sites
  • Partner with schedule managers and project controls teams to improve schedule quality, milestone predictability, critical path management, and risk visibility
  • Analyze schedule data, trends, float consumption, milestone adherence, and forecasting metrics
  • Facilitate schedule risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead governance processes supporting program alignment, decision‑making, change management, and execution readiness
  • Provide schedule insights, risk assessments, performance metrics, and executive‑level recommendations
  • Manage governance and implementation of program changes across the portfolio
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement across tool install programs
  • Align deliverables, stage gates, schedule requirements, and execution processes
  • Prioritize and coordinate program workstreams using performance metrics, risk insights, and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead development, maintenance, and improvement of CMPs, SOPs, playbooks, and governance documentation
  • Establish document control practices for accessibility, compliance, version management, and organizational efficiency
  • Capture and apply lessons learned to improve standards and execution practices
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Define and monitor program performance metrics and OKRs
  • Partner with Factory, Tool Install, Design, Project Controls, and Construction organizations to drive alignment and execution
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across competing priorities while maintaining focus on Intel's strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in program management, project controls, scheduling, construction management, operational excellence, process governance, or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, or capital project programs
  • Experience with project schedules, milestone management, project controls processes, or schedule analytics
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or managing governance documentation, procedures, standards, controlled documents, or business processes
  • Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
  • Preferred: MBA or Master's Degree in a related field
  • Preferred: experience supporting schedule management teams and working with Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling platforms
  • Preferred: familiarity with Intel's Optimized Construction Flow (OCF)
  • Preferred: experience authoring, managing, or governing CMPs, SOPs, document control systems, or enterprise process documentation
  • Preferred: knowledge of construction project lifecycle management, stage gate processes, change management, and governance practices
  • Preferred: experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, Power BI solutions, or performance measurement systems
  • Preferred: ability to facilitate cross‑functional teams, working groups, and stakeholder alignment efforts
  • Preferred: understanding of large‑scale construction project scheduling, critical path methodology, forecasting, schedule risk management, and program controls
  • Preferred: semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large capital construction project experience
  • Preferred: track record of driving innovation, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives
