Job summary

Philips is seeking a Global CT Training Manager in Cleveland to own the CT learning strategy, governance, calendar and deployment across the sales organization. You will ensure CT Specialists and sales teams receive expert knowledge for customer-facing situations through a mix of virtual, in-person and self-directed learning.

You will partner with Downstream Marketing and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps, translate priorities into integrated learning plans, and drive training readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across training, CT and/or sales.
• Knowledge of CT products, clinical or commercial workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CT learning strategy, curriculum architecture and governance.
• Maintain CT training calendar aligning onboarding, product launches and capability development.
• Lead delivery across virtual, in-person and self-directed modalities.
• Transform CT content into engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Lead readiness for new product launches and extend CT knowledge to broader sales audiences.
