Job Title Global CT Training Manager (Cleveland) Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to help build a culture of continuous learning and development across the CT sales organization and directly influence how Philips CT goes to market.

You will shape how CT knowledge, skills and best practices are developed, delivered and sustained across the sales organization, owning the CT learning strategy, training calendar and delivery framework ensuring CT Specialists are equipped to serve as knowledgeable product, clinical and commercial experts in customer-facing situations, while enabling sales teams with the capabilities needed to drive commercial effectiveness, customer engagement and successful product launches.

This includes developing capabilities across product knowledge, value proposition communication, customer qualification, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, onboarding and ongoing professional development.

As a strategic partner to Downstream Marketing, Sales and the Precision Diagnosis training team, you will identify knowledge gaps, determine the most effective learning approaches and transform approved CT source content into engaging learning experiences for both CT experts and broader sales audiences.

Your role:

Learning Strategy & Governance: Own the CT learning ecosystem, including the CT Specialist competency model, learning strategy, curriculum architecture and governance. Maintain the overall CT training calendar, aligning onboarding, certification, product launches and ongoing capability development to business priorities.

Field Capability Development: Partner with Downstream Marketing and Sales leaders to identify field capability gaps and translate business priorities into integrated learning plans. Leverage the appropriate mix of virtual, in-person and self-directed learning to improve readiness, adoption and sales effectiveness.

Training Operations & Deployment: Own the mechanisms used to deliver CT training, including learning platforms, training vehicles, scheduling, facilitation, assessments, readiness standards and training records. Coordinate delivery across stakeholders while monitoring participation, quality and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Learning Experience Design: Transform approved CT source content into engaging, digestible learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles. Ensure content is packaged and delivered in a way that helps sales teams understand, retain and apply knowledge in customer-facing situations.

Launch Readiness & Enterprise Enablement: Lead training readiness for new product launches and partner with the Precision Diagnosis training organization to extend CT knowledge to broader sales audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure learning remains aligned with evolving business and customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of relevant experience across training, CT and/or sales, with demonstrated ability to lead learning programs from strategy through execution.

You understand CT products, clinical or commercial workflows, and the different learning needs of CT Sales Specialists and general sales audiences.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or recognized learning, instructional design or project-management certification is preferred.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You have experience in learning strategy, curriculum architecture, instructional design, adult learning, facilitation, assessment and certification, supported by strong project-management and operational discipline.

You are an effective cross-functional partner who can identify needs, manage a complex training calendar and convert technical source material into practical learning experiences.

You communicate clearly and can coach technical or commercial subject-matter experts to become effective instructors across virtual and in-person settings.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an officed based role.

You will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is 89,000 to $141,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
