Job summary

Ripple is seeking an operationally minded Program Manager for the Ripple Impact team to scale employee giving and volunteering globally. You will manage CSR software, organize events, and craft communications that engage employees across offices around the world.

This role requires in‑person relationship building with travel up to 20–25%. The NY base salary range is $132,000–$160,000 USD, with equity and bonuses described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in social impact and CSR within a fast-scaling global company.
• Experience managing CSR platforms (Deed or similar) and donation workflows.
• Experience partnering with HR, Communications and Workplace to drive adoption and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ripple’s employee giving and volunteering programs globally.
• Administer CSR software and donation matching workflows.
• Drive participation through internal education and communications to raise engagement.
• Partner with workplace teams and ERGs to curate volunteering opportunities.
• Track participation and impact metrics for leadership and strategy.
