Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Social Impact professional to lead corporate social responsibility programs globally. You will partner with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams to run donation matching, fundraisers, and volunteer initiatives, driving employee engagement and transparency across regions.

The role requires managing CSR platforms, analyzing participation metrics, and coordinating international volunteering with a bias for action and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement within a fast-scaling global company.
• Direct experience managing CSR platforms (Deed or similar tools) and donation-matching workflows.
• Experience managing collaborative programs with the ability to capture and synthesize data.
• Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive program adoption.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bias for action with the ability to manage complex logistics globally.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Social Impact to maintain Ripple’s CSR leadership.
• Administer CSR software and manage employee donation matching programs.
• Create internal education and communication strategies to boost program awareness.
• Partner with workplace teams to curate volunteering opportunities.
• Manage Ripple’s regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
• Lead planning and execution of in-person and virtual volunteer events.
• Track and report key participation metrics to influence global strategy.
