Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Program Manager for the Ripple Impact team to lead and scale employee giving and volunteering efforts across the globe. You will manage CSR software, coordinate events, and craft communications to drive participation and engagement among Ripple staff.

In this fast-paced role, you will partner with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams to align programs with company culture, while traveling up to 25% to support in-person and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement in a fast-scaling global company.
• Direct experience managing CSR platforms (Deed or Benevity) and donation-matching workflows.
• Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams to drive adoption.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bias for action with ability to manage complex logistics and events.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Social Impact to maintain Ripple as a global CSR leader.
• Administer CSR software, manage global donor matching, fundraisers and volunteer pages.
• Drive participation through internal education and communications to raise awareness.
• Curate volunteering opportunities with Workplace and ERGs for global teams.
• Manage Ripple's regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer activities.
• Track and report participation and impact metrics to the Social Impact Director.
• Travel to Ripple office locations as needed (20–25%).
