Job summary

Blueair, part of Unilever, seeks a strategic Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead global planning, inventory, and logistics. You will drive S&OP processes across channels, optimize portfolio and SKU mix, and steer AI-driven forecasting in a fast-growing, multiregional environment.

The role requires 10-15+ years in supply chain with senior leadership, deep forecasting expertise, and experience across DTC, Amazon, and omnichannel retail. Hybrid work in a global context is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-15+ years of supply chain experience including demand and supply planning.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing global supply chain functions.
• Deep forecasting, S&OP, inventory optimization and multi-channel ops experience.
• Experience with assortment planning, open-to-buy and product phase-in/phase-out.
• Experience supporting DTC, Amazon and omnichannel retail environments.
• Experience with NetSuite and forecasting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead global S&OP with CFO; guide forecasting, inventory and decision-making.
• Improve demand planning with data-driven forecasts across channels/geos.
• Translate demand plans into supply/inventory plans; balance service levels.
• Lead inventory positioning, assortment planning and portfolio management.
• Oversee logistics/fulfillment strategy, vendor relationships, and 3PLs.
• Lead supply chain technology, AI-enabled planning and process automation.
• Develop risk management and contingency plans; mentor teams.
