Job summary

Blue Marble is seeking a senior supply chain leader to own inventory planning and cross-functional S&OP across Sales, Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance. You will optimize policies, turns, and working capital while overseeing domestic and international logistics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ERP/TMS/EDI integrations, and building scalable processes. Onsite in Ashland, with travel and a mix of remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of integrated supply chain operations spanning planning and logistics.
• Direct experience leading S&OP or equivalent cross-functional planning process.
• Evidence of improving inventory productivity, service, and working capital.
• Experience managing 3PLs and international import logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory planning and S&OP rhythm across functions.
• Set inventory policies, safety stock, and deployment methods.
• Oversee distribution, 3PL network, and international transport.
• Replenish inventory across channels and improve fulfillment performance.
• Build dashboards and data governance across systems and partners.
