Zusammenfassung

Wyze is seeking a strategic, hands-on supply chain leader to shape how we plan, operate, and scale as the business grows. You will own demand forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Finance, and our global supplier network.

In this role you’ll build and lead high-performing teams, drive AI-enabled improvements in planning, and implement new tools and processes to accelerate decision-making across a fast-changing consumer electronics environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of direct experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning and forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, or a closely related function.
• Strong business acumen connecting product strategy with demand generation and supply execution.
• Experience building, leading and scaling high-performing teams and integrating automation/AI into workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive the S&OP process, aligning Sales, Product, and Finance while ensuring timely trade-off decisions.
• Own demand forecasting, inventory planning and decision-making to optimize performance.
• Drive system and process improvements across forecasting and analytics workflows.
• Manage overseas suppliers to protect supply continuity and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead adoption of AI-empowered applications to improve forecasting, planning efficiency, and team productivity.
