Responsibilities

• Provide product management leadership for knowledge and content management systems including capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Assist in design process, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and impediments, communicate, and create a roadmap.
• Collaborate with CS teams to understand challenges and deliver the best solutions together.
• Manage the development and delivery of features with engineering and data science teams.
• Understand regional expectations and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Expand product management ownership to other tools as needed by the business.
