Job summary

Netflix seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead PM efforts for knowledge management and content control tooling. Based in Madison, you will work across engineering, data science, and customer support to shape roadmaps and deliver value for users worldwide.

You will make hard priority calls from data and judgment, drive initiatives that improve customer and agent experiences, and influence design and product direction while embodying Netflix culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience for consumer or internal products.
• Ability to make tough decisions using both data and judgment.
• Strong focus on delivering a notable customer and agent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering initiatives that measurably improve customer and agent metrics.
• Organizational management and influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: memos and presentations, building trust cross-functionally.
• Ability to lead designers and engineers and inspire teams.
• Experience with KMS/CMS products, whether third party or in-house.
• Experience focusing on customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide product control management for knowledge management and content control structures, including features and data pipelines.
• Outline approach, capture requirements, prioritize, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and create a roadmap.
• Collaborate with CS teams to understand their vision and challenges and provide the best possible solutions.
• Drive product development and delivery through close collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Understand regional support expectations and tailor relevance accordingly.
• Extend product management ownership to additional tools as business needs arise.
• Embody Netflix culture in daily work and decision making.
