Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is expanding its cross-border payment infrastructure to include stablecoin rails. As Director of Compliance, Crypto, you will own this vertical end-to-end, bridging crypto and fiat worlds, and shaping the compliance foundation as the business builds the product.

This global role requires deep US regulatory knowledge and practical governance. You will drive strategy, advise product and tech teams, manage crypto risk, and lead tooling decisions while coordinating with regulators

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AML/CTF or financial crime with crypto/digital assets.
• Hands-on experience in crypto risk and traditional fiat AML/CTF.
• Strong knowledge of US crypto regulation (FinCEN/BSA, OFAC).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap for stablecoin vertical and on/off ramp services.
• Advise cross-functional teams from concept to launch with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee crypto AML/CTF controls, risk assessments, and policies.
• Lead selection and calibration of crypto compliance tooling.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
