Job summary

The Manager, Global Supply Chain at Walmart Inc. will support the execution and optimization of U.S. Export and cross-border supply chain operations, linking origin operations, transportation, consolidation, export execution, and market delivery.

You will partner with markets, suppliers, and logistics providers to improve service, cost, lead time, and performance while managing exceptions. This role also helps develop scalable, standardized, technology-enabled solutions and a broader

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S.Export and cross-border execution from origin to market delivery.
• Coordinate origin operations, consolidation, transportation, and export activities to ensure reliable product flow.
• Proactively manage exceptions and operational risks, driving timely resolution with internal and external partners.
• Optimize cost, lead time, capacity, routing, and container utilization through data-driven decisions.

The Global Commerce Execution team develops and manages scalable cross-border supply chain solutions, integrating origin operations, transportation, consolidation, technology, and market execution. Focused on transforming the U.S. Export operating model and expanding One Americas capabilities, the team collaborates across markets to optimize end-to-end flow, enhance service and visibility, and manage exceptions. Emphasizing standardized processes, technology, and automation, the team drives continuous process improvement and effective communication to support sustainable growth and deliver consistent operational excellence in supply chain management.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing supply chain processes and optimizing merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple stakeholders and identify root causes of supply chain exceptions.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates to build high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive process improvements using lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present recommendations effectively.
