• Lead resolution of transportation and supply chain exceptions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Analyze operational and network performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive initiatives that improve transportation efficiency, network reliability, supplier compliance, and overall supply chain performance.
• Serve as a trusted business partner and liaison between internal and external stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives.
