BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Commercial Technology Leader to drive the operation and strategy of our US and JPAC CRM platforms. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions and oversee governance, releases, and platform improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in CRM technologies, leadership experience, and strong alignment with regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on CRM experience.
Experience leading CRM transformations in pharma.
Knowledge of AI and digital engagement capabilities.
Strong governance and release management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational management of US and JPAC commercial technology platforms.
Partner with stakeholders to establish technology roadmaps aligned with objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor translating priorities into scalable technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement for platform performance and user experience.
Establish and govern release management processes across environments.
Review and approve CRM solution designs, data models, and integrations.
Lead staffing, mentorship, and development of IT professionals and partners.
