Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with significant experience supporting commercial systems within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms like Veeva and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of regulated pharma environments and commercial processes.
